The General Meeting 2022 of the European CMT Federation was held on 18 June, partly in Berlin and partly online via Zoom. Our delegate Luisa Perrero virtually attended the meeting on behalf of our association:
“Even though we weren’t all on site, it was still a nice way to meet. Participation was important and the topics covered were many and fundamental.
We have planned plenty of activities, from raising awareness of Charcot Marie Tooth to continuing partnerships and cooperations with leading European and international research institutes.
As a Federation, we follow all the updates on scientific research for the treatment of the many types of CMT around the world. We have grown a lot, indeed, along the years many other associations added to the list of founding associations as effective members, associates or as partners . We currently represent a large number of patients.
I would like to thank the President Daniel Tanesse, the entire Executive Committee and the excellent General Secretary Marina Brocca for the perfect organization of the Meeting”.
More detailed information will follow.
